確か半年ぐらいとかなり前から聞き出して、ようやく聞き終わりました。Audiobook を聞き出した当初はおもしろくて、毎日どんどん聞いていたのですが、一年ぐらいたって熱も冷め楽しみの一つとなり時間をあまり割かなくなったのでした。この本自体、４０時間くらいあるので、すぐには聞き終わらないというのもあります。
さて内容のほうはというと、ヒロイン視点で描かれた物語でとにかくヒロインのキャラクターが特徴的です。結婚を通した男女の愛、単なる偶然あるいは運命の巡り会わせで結ばれた夫婦の激動の軌跡。

Amanda Quick is a famous writer in Romance, however it is the first time for me to listen to her book. (I have not read her book.) Listening to Don't look back, I become to be a fan of her. Hero and heroin are clever. This matchs to my favor since I don't like stupid characters. Now I have left for thirty minutes to finish listening to it.
It is a pity that there are a few audiobooks of Amanda Quick at Audible.com. Seeing Amazon.com, I found that there are a lof of audiobooks. Those prices are around 20$. This is not cheap but reasonable. I will buy some books(CD) when I finish listening to all audiobooks from Audible.com. There are a few book remained.

I am listening to this audiobook now. This is my first Julia Quinn. This is more comical and witter than Simply Love by Mary Balogh. Conversations are good and fun. Main characters are heroin and hero, of course, and two grandmother and hero's father.
The story began when a father told his eighteen years old son that he was not his true father and he hated his son. The pity son's mother was his wife. The father promised him to make his life miserable. Ten years later, the son did not marrige yet and did not seek his future wife. But he met a woman which he would fall in love with.
This audiobook is interesting. Actually, it is almost over. Just thirty minutes is remained.

Mary Balogh is one of the famous writer in SSS board, so I know her name. I was looking for an historical romance book at Audible.com and I found Simply Love. It seemed to be only one book at Audible.com. Other books Mary Balogh wrote are not sold in Audible.com. It is dissapointed.
In Raquel-san's blog, there is an article on the "Simply" series. The story is told at England in 19th century.
So far, I can not understand audiobooks when I start to listen it. It has been a few hours until I understand the story. For Simply Love, I intend to read its outline first then I listen to it.

H.R.H, by Danielle Steel
This is the first audiobook I have ever listened to without reading it before. At first, I was not sure I understood the story. But continuing to listen, I understood clearly the story and was able to listen quite clearly.
The story of this book is predictable as same as other Danielle's books. About heroin, her lover and difficulty they can marry and happyend. I enjoyed listening to this. I am going to listen another her audiobooks.
